Accessibility statement
1) Introduction
We’re delighted that you’re visiting our website and thank you for your interest. Below, you’ll find information about our website’s accessibility options. We’ll provide you with information about:
- what services and features you can expect on this website;
- how you can use these services and features;
- what accessibility options are available to you; and
- which authority is responsible for monitoring accessibility on this website.
2) Services and features of this website
This website is an online shop for selling products. The products in question are physical items. Here, you’ll find products that you can add to an electronic shopping basket and then place binding orders for and pay for.
This website features both header and footer menus. In the header menu, the products we sell are listed by categories and can be accessed individually from there. Each product is described on its own detailed page with further information about its key features, what’s included in delivery and the total price. You can add items to your electronic shopping basket from there.
You can also access your electronic shopping basket using the header menu. You can initiate and complete the electronic ordering process from this shopping basket.
Additionally, in the header menu you’ll find links to helpful service pages, such as our Help Centre.
In the footer menu, you’ll find links to our legal notice with our contact information, as well as information about our website’s legal bases, delivery and payment options and links to additional helpful service pages.
3) Instructions for using the services and features
3.1 Virtual buttons
This website can be operated using virtual buttons.
3.2 Start, overview and detailed pages
The header menu allows you to navigate between different product categories. After selecting a category, you’ll be taken to an overview page where all the products in that category are displayed. Interacting with a presented product on the overview page will then take you to the product’s detailed page.
Products’ detailed pages contain everything you need to know about the product and total price, and may include a quantity selection element plus a button to add the product to your basket. You can use the quantity selection (where available) to specify your desired order quantity. Many products feature an option to set up a subscription, enabling you to receive regular deliveries at a discounted price. This option is also available on the products’ detailed pages.
3.3 Electronic shopping basket
Clicking on the ‘Add to basket’ button allows you to add the product (in your chosen quantity, if applicable) to your electronic shopping basket. This can be accessed at any time using the header menu. You can review your added products, remove products or change the order quantity (where relevant) in your electronic shopping basket.
3.4 Electronic ordering process
After reviewing your products, you can complete the ordering process by interacting with the corresponding buttons. First of all, you’ll be asked to provide your contact details (at the very least your name, email address and delivery or billing address).
In the next step, you can choose between the available delivery or service options. Finally, you select a payment method, enter the necessary payment details and complete your order.
Your order only becomes binding when you press the corresponding button on the final page. It might be labelled ‘Buy’, ‘Buy now’, ‘Pay and order’ or with another clear formulation.
Before submitting your order, you can navigate back to previous steps at any time using your browser’s ‘Back’ button or cancel the entire process.
If you’ve chosen to use an online payment method, you’ll be redirected to the payment provider’s system to complete the payment there.
