Product details

The Baltimore dog bed is a very special dog bed. The ticking, which is split into compartments, is filled with orthopaedic viscoelastic foam flakes. Splitting the ticking into several sections stops the flakes from slipping. The outer part of the bed is covered with a tough velour with the characteristics of a hand-woven material. The reversible inner cushions are covered with rabbit plush on the summer side and velour on the winter side.

All the covers – including the inner cushion covers – are removable and can be washed on a gentle cycle at 30°C. Like all dog beds, the base of the Baltimore has been fitted with anti-slip fabric.

Just like all other Knuffelwuff-branded products, only high-quality materials are used in this dog bed, which was developed in Germany and manufactured in the EU.

Dogs are serious snoozers. They spend around 12 hours a day sleeping. But only 2.5 hours of this is proper deep sleep. The other 9.5 hours are spent cosily dozing. Dogs love their comforts just as much as we humans do.

Before you start looking for a dog mat, you need to decide on a suitable spot for it. There are dogs who like to spend time on the sofa with their human family and those who prefer seclusion in a cosy corner. Once you’ve found the right spot, you can think about the dog mat’s size and colour. Naturally, you will want the dog cushion to fit in with its surroundings.
