The Montego dog bed has 9 cm side walls, which protect your dog from external influences such as cold draughts. It also has an orthopaedic memory foam mattress. To name but a few examples, this lying surface helps to relieve pressure, relaxes muscles and promotes blood circulation. Many older dogs often suffer from joint pain.

An orthopaedic bed can provide relief from pain and is therefore particularly beneficial to our older friends. Young, healthy dogs are also well looked after in an orthopaedic dog bed too, though, as it helps to prevent joint diseases. This orthopaedic dog bed allows your dog to sleep in a way that is gentle on the joints and spine and that offers excellent lying comfort. After all, it not only relieves pain, but also prevents it too since the lying surface adapts to your dog’s body.

If you ever feel like ringing in the changes, you can simply turn over the cover of the mattress, because the back of this mattress made of non-quilted synthetic leather is also impressive and gives this dog bed a whole new look.
Additional features of our Montego dog bed include a coarse-textured, laser-quilted synthetic leather surface, which not only stands out and looks great, but is also extremely easy to clean with a damp cloth if it gets dirty. Other features include a removable mat insert that allows you to offer your dog an orthopaedic bed even when you’re travelling. The cover can be removed thanks to the sewn-in zipper.

Just like all other Knuffelwuff-branded products, only high-quality materials are used in this dog bed, which was developed in Germany and manufactured in the EU.

Dogs are serious snoozers. They spend around 12 hours a day sleeping. But only 2.5 hours of this is proper deep sleep. The other 9.5 hours are spent cosily dozing. Dogs love their comforts just as much as we humans do.

There are dogs who like to spend time on the sofa with their human family and those who prefer seclusion in a cosy corner. Once you’ve found the right spot, you can think about the dog mat’s size and colour. Naturally, you will want the dog cushion to fit in with its surroundings.
